HAHAHA!!! NATHAN HERE FOR MY FIRST WORKOUT TIP!!! HAHA!!!

ARE YOU SKINNY? FIND IT HARD TO PUT ON MUSCLE OR WEIGHT NO MATTER HOW MANY DONUTS YOU EAT??? HAHA I WAS ONCE IN YOUR SHOES BUDDY HAHAHA!!! AND IVE GOT A TIP THAT'LL GET YOU MUSCLES LIKE ME... HAHA!!!

PROTEIN IS THE KEY HERE!!! YOU CAN'T JUST PICKK UP A WEIGHT AND EXPECT TO GET STRONG JUST THROUGH LIFTING... YOU GOTTA HAVE SOME PROTEIN ON TOP TO GET MUSCLE GROWTH HAHA!! IT'LL BE HARD AT FIRST, BUT YOU'VE GOTTA EAT 3 MEALS A DAY. EGGS AND TOAST FOR BREAKFAST, CHICKEN AND SALAD FOR LUNCH, AND A BIG STEAK DINNER (WHATEVER PROTEIN MEAT YOU WANT CAN FIT IN THESE PLACES).

NO MORE JUNK FOODS!!! NUTS, CHEESE, CRACKERS, SLICES OF CHICKEN OR TURKEY ARE GOOD WAYS TO START HAHAHA!!! YOU GOTTA BE HEALTHY..,

AS FOR WORKING OUT... NO REAL REGIMENT IS NEEDED. GO TO THE GYM, MAYBE FIND A PARTNER TO HELP OR LOOK ONLINE FOR A ROUTINE THAT SUITS WHAT YOU WANT TO BUILD HAHAHAHA!!!!

HAHAHA!!! HELLO EVERYONE... BEEN A MONTH OR TWO HUH... HAHA!!!

SORRY FOR GOING MISSING, NOT INTENTIONAL... BEEN BUSY AT THE GYM AND SUCH... GOING TO START WORKING ON AN UPDATE TO THE GALLERY TO MAKE IT EASAIER TO LOOK AT HAHAHA!!!!!! OTHER THAN THAT I HAVEN'T GOT MUCCH TO SAY HAHAHA!!! HOPE EVERYONE IS DOING GOOD!!!

HAHAH!! ALRIGHT I FIGURED OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WITH THE CAMERA IS BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIX IT SO I ORDERED A NEW ONE HAHAAHAHAHAHA!!! FOR DIRT CHEAP TOO HAHAHA!!! NOT THAT MONEY IS A PROBLEM IN MY LINE OF BUSINESS... HAHAHA!!!

CAMERA PROBLEMS ASIDE, I'M WORKING ON BIG STUFF FOR THE WEBSITE HAHAHA!!! FOR ALL OF MY LOYAL FANBASE TO ENJOY HAHAHA!!! JUST UH... YEAH ITS COMING HAHAHA!!!!!!
